Proper nutrition is the key to a healthy lifestyle here are some tips on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle so let’s check it

1. Eating right and proper

Eating right food is important for the body to get proper nutrients, vitamins, minerals ,protein ,carbs and fats and vitamins such as vitamin d that we will discuss in our 7th topic these are the top minerals that our body is depend on in cheat meals like snacks munching some nuts and seeds are better instead of biscuits and chips and having a bowl of salad or sprouts or a glass of smoothie are good choices as compared to fried and salted food now it’s in your hand to make good choices instead of junk

2. Physical activity

Physical activity has multiple benefits it helps to reduce depression and anxiety the people who are and sufficiently active have a 20 to 30 % increased risk of death compared to people who are sufficiently active example to keep yourself physically active you can do exercise ,stretching yoga ,workout ,gym ,cycling ,walking ,playing any outdoor games it’s also helps to digest the food properly and make the body healthy and fit

3. Reduce stress

Nowadays stress has become a very common issue in all human beings because of this day to day busy life so to overcome at you need to spend some time with yourself in discovering yourself knowing who you are and sit and spend some time with greenery ,sunsets, and birds these all things gives you positivity and helps to reduce stress

4. Avoid 3 white things

These three white things can cause serious health issues if not paid attention, those are white sugar, white salt, and all purpose flour [maida] these things are also known as sweet poison instead of white sugar use brown sugar or replace it with honey or jaggery which is healthier option and instead of white salt use black salt or rock salt and avoid eating junk and fast food items such as pizza,burger ,momos, noodles,and rolls these are made up of maida which is not easily digested and can cause obesity and gastric problems as well

5. Drink enough water

My body is 70% made up of water and it requires good amount of water on daily basis which helps the system of the body to work properly it’s necessary to drink 8-12 glasses of water daily which helps to digest the food and helps the body and skin to stay hydrated

6. Maintain a healthy body weight

Maintaining a healthy body weight is another important thing to be noticed and it can cause many health issues and may also cause a bit difficult in breathing if you want a healthy body weight you need to cut of junk,fried,and sweet from your diet and add on some greens veges, sprouts and seeds to your diet and do some exercise and walking these are good choices to maintain a healthy body weight

7. Vitamin D

Vitamin d is essential vitamins for the body it helps to regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate in the body it is also essential for strong and healthy bones good source of vitamin D is sun rays and in food oily fish,red meat ,liver ,egg yolks ,are good sources of vitamin d in your diet

8.Get a quality sleep

Getting a quality sleep is another important thing to be noted if you don’t get required amount of sleep you main causes irritation mood swings stress and more health issues as well now let me show you the essential sleeping hours for or newborn 0-3 months old should get ,14-17hours sleep ,infant 4-11 months old should get 12-15 hours sleep, toddler 1-2years old should get 11-14 hours sleep ,preschool 3-5years old should get 10-13hours sleep,school age 6-13 years old should get 9-11 hours sleep,teenage 14-17 years old should get 8-10 sleep, young adult 18-25 years old should get 7-9 hours of sleep,adult 26-64 years old should get 7-9 hours of sleep , older adults 65 or more than that should get 7-8 hours of sleep
