There are around 40 trillion bacteria in your body most of which is in your intestine it is mostly known as gut microbiota whatever many other types of bacteria can also harm your intestine and also causes serious health issues so here I came up with some amazing ideas to keep your gut healthy

1. Having some high-fibre food is good for the gut bacteria
